If you have any technical difficulties or issues using any of the site features, you can easily take a secure screen recording of the issue and report it to us for investigation.
1. Click on the Chat Widget:
The chat widget is located at the bottom right of your screen. Click on it to open the support chat.
2. Click on Report a technical issue:
Scroll down until you see the option to ‘report a technical issue’ and click on that option.
3. Video record or screenshot your issue:
You will be given the option to either video record, or take a screenshot, of your issue. It is best to take a video so that the support team can easily identify the issue as it occurs for you.
4. Detail the issue you are having:
After taking the video recording or screenshot, write out in as much detail as you can, the issue you are experiencing. The more information you can give, the easier it will be for our support team to understand your issue and help you resolve it.
5. Click Send:
Once you have finished recording and writing out your issue, ensure you remember to click send so that your report reaches our support team.
The support team will look into your issue and respond to you. You will receive an update in your chat widget, along with an email to your registered email address.
