Changing your subscription plan on Ghostwriter Express is straightforward, allowing you to adapt to your evolving content needs. Whether you need more tokens each month, want to downgrade to a smaller plan, or need to cancel your service, this tutorial will walk you through the process. Learn how to easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard. Change your payment method and billing information and access and download your invoices.
Managing your subscription plan, payment information, and invoices is crucial for maintaining your services efficiently
Select "Manage" from the menu on the left.
Select Manage in the left menu to view or update your subscription plan and payment method.
This is your current plan.
Your current plan is displayed at the top right of the screen.
Click "Manage" to edit your subscription details.
Click Manage to open the stripe payment center where you can edit your subscription and payment details.
View or change your current subscription.
Here you can see which plan you are currently subscribed to, and the payment method you are using.
Click "Update subscription" to change your plan.
Click on update subscription to change the plan you are subscribed to.
Select your new plan.
The subscription you are currently on will be highlighted and marked as selected. To change your subscription, click select on the new subscription you would like to change to. Then click continue and follow the steps.
Click "Cancel subscription" to end access to our services.
Alternatively, if you would like to cancel your subscription and end your access to Ghostwriter Express, click cancel subscription and follow the steps to cancel. You will still have access to the site for any time left on your current monthly plan. Please be sure to download any books you have created, as you will lose complete access to the site once your subscription comes to an end.
View or change your payment method.
You can view or change your payment methods saved by Stripe. Your default payment method will have the word default beside it.
Add a new payment method.
Click add payment method to add a new payment method for your subscription.
Enter your payment details.
You can use either a credit card or debit card to pay for your subscription. Enter your new payment details and click add.
Click "Update information" to keep your billing details up to date.
If your billing details such as email, address, or phone number change, you can easily update this by clicking update information.
Enter your new billing details.
Enter your new billing details and then scroll down and click save.
Download Invoices and Receipts.
You can view and download all of your past invoices and receipts. Click on the month you would like to download the invoice or receipt for.
A popup will display an overview of your payment.
A popup will display with an overview of the monthly subscription payment you made.
Click "Download invoice".
Click on download invoice to download the invoice for this month's subscription payment.
Click "Download receipt".
Click on download receipt to download the receipt for this month's subscription payment.
Click "Return to Ghostwriter Express Pty Ltd"
When you have finished updating your subscription information, click on return to Ghostwriter Express. You will then be redirected back to the dashboard.
