Managing your personal details, email preferences and password is straightforward on Ghostwriter Express. This guide will help you navigate the settings to update your contact information, email preferences and password, ensuring you stay in control of what information you provide and how you are contacted.
This guide will walk you through the process of changing personal details and updating your password.
Select "Settings".
Click on settings in the left menu to view or change your profile information.
Update your personal information.
Click in the relevant field to add or change your information.
Toggle allow marketing emails.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by toggling the setting to on or off.
Click "Save Changes"
After updating your information ensure you click save changes to update it in our system.
Click "Change Email".
You can change your email address by clicking change email. You must use an email address that you have access to, as this is where you will receive account emails and password resets.
Click "Reset Password"
To update your password, click change password and follow the steps to enter your new password. Make sure you write your password down and keep it safe, as you will need this each time you log in.
